  • Professional/Assessment Data: Behavioral data and strengths-based information collected through the Harrison Assessment platform.

  • Transactional Data: Payment and contract information managed through HoneyBook.

  • Automatic Data: We may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and usage data to improve our site’s functionality.

How We Use Your Information  

We use your information strictly for business purposes, including:

  • Communicating with you regarding inquiries and coaching sessions.

  • Generating and debriefing professional assessments.

  • Processing payments and managing contracts.

  • No Marketing Without Consent: We will not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit "opt-in" consent.

Third-Party Processors

To provide our services, we share your data with specific "Service Providers" (Processors). These parties are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us:

  • HoneyBook: Used for client relationship management (CRM), contract signing, and payment processing.

  • Harrison Assessment: Used to host and process behavioral and professional assessments.

  • Google Workspace: We use Google Calendar and Gmail to manage scheduling and communications. Data is processed in accordance with the Google Workspace Data Processing Addendum.

Data Security & Breach Notification

We maintain technical and organizational measures, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), to protect your data.

  • 30-Day Notification: In accordance with California’s SB 446, if we discover or are notified of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 30 calendar days of such discovery.

 

Your California Privacy Rights​

As a California resident, you have the following rights as of 2026:

  • Right to Know/Access: You can request a list of the personal information we have collected about you since January 1, 2022.

  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

  • Right to Correct: You may request that we fix inaccurate personal information.

  • Non-Discrimination: We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

  • Right to Limit: You can request that we limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to perform our services.
